Constructing ten (10) NYC Landmark Theme Buildings ( 56’W x 40’L x 35’H ) using used shipping containers as the main support structure (photo’s attached below).
Applying finishing fabrication using a local Professional Fabricator Company like PRG Fabrication resulting into a real lifelike "Time Square Entertainment Broadcasting Studio"
Seeing how PRG is a local fabricator in the area, It will be first choice to focus our proposal to.

Empire State Building ( Main Entrance ).... Radio City Music Hall ( Comedy Shows ).... Time Square Building ( Production Stage ).... Double Duce Country Building..... Motown Building..... The Copa Cabana Building..... Studio54 Building..... Hard Rock Cafe Building ....
(2) World Trade Center Buildings.
The lower portion of each theme building ( 56' W x 40' L x 14' H ) will be accessible to the public. Designed as each nightclub lounge with a full bar, Dance Floor, displaying photos. images and video recordings from the past representing each theme building era.
The lower potions of the World Trade Center Buildings, building one ( 1 ) will be utilized for restrooms and the second ( 2 ) will be utilized for food and beverage and souvenirs concession.
There are ( 2 ) Landmark Structures
The Statue of Liberty and the George Washington Bridge.
The Statue of Liberty stands approximately 25’ FT tall.
The upper level of the George Washington Bridge will to be accessible allowing the public to walk over viewing the entire studio.
The lower level of the bridge will be the Studios Control Center, Audio / Video / Sound / Lighting Production rooms and a Video Surveillance Security room.
Studio Main Entrance "Empire State Building" Security Scanning detection together with professional security enforcement for public security safety.
The entire Time Square Studio will be constructed under a Fully Climate Control Glass Dome Structure allowing for all year round events, designed by OpenAir.
During the warmer season the upper dome and side glass panels will open giving the real outdoor effect like being in Time Square.

The Stadium seating will be built as mobile modular sectional platforms attaching each section together and making it as large or small based on the venue event. The approximate capacity seating 3,000 or larger if needed.
BILLBOARD ADVERTISING SCREENS.
The finishing touches will be adding large LED Billboard Screens mounted onto the buildings giving SXM Studios the authentic advertising billboard look and feel of Time Square.

SXM Studios transforms each theme building into some of the most legendary nightclubs of its era formatting its music & video while paring it together with the nightclub of its era.

Using a remastered musical video from the past and combining with a live professional look-a-like impersonator, produces a live musical production bringing back memories from the past to the present, Live on Stage.

Enables Fifty Four Production access to a large library of original copies of Musical and TV Shows dating as far back as the 50"s, remastered in HD quality.
Classic Cinema Night
Experience an evening Under the Stars at SXM Ultra Max Dolby Cinema Theater in the comfort reclinable stadium seating viewing on a large 4k LED Screen centered onto SXM Time Square building.
Experience NanoTech 4k Studios Technology now in 4k HDR as they remaster Classic Movies from as far back from the 40’s.
Unlike other cinema theaters, our unique approach during a segment viewing a classic musical movie, we will encourage audience participation to join our live performer dancers on the dance floor.
During our Cinema Nights we also will have comedians performing live in our Comedy Club Radio City Music Hall Theme Building.
A nice night out for both young and old to experience or to revisit Classic Musical Movies from the past.

They begin to battle it out competing with each other throughout the season in hopes to claim the winners tile.

The stage is set as the Sirius MC Host and
its 5 Sirius DJ Host (The Judges) take the stage.
The Sirius MC Host is staged at the "Time Square Building stage".
The 5 Judges each staged on top of its "Theme building Marquee" that represents their channel formatted music.

It was at the age of six as the 60's rolled in with the British invasion of, The Beatles, The Rolling Stone and the up coming of MoTown when I began showing having a passion in music.
During my Jr. & High School years while attending music classes, I was fortunate being introduced to the "Theater and Performing Arts".
In my final graduating school year, I casted scoring a part in the Broadway Production of "West Side Story".
During the summer months as a volunteer counselor with the NYC Police Athletic League (PAL), I provided music entertainment as a DJ to several PAL metropolitan summer events.
Relocating in 1976 to the suburbs in Westchester County, I began to patronize many of Westchester's Nightclubs. Familiarizing myself with several local DJ's helped me in landing a DJ position at a newly opened Disco Nightclub.
Having joined and as a member of a Tri-State DJ Record Pool association, I began working together with many record label companies distributing newly promotional Vinyl Records to it's members.
Being introduced to a NYC Music Promoter opened the door in assisting and becoming a Music Event Promoter booking well known musical artist to the Westchester Nightclubs.
Marketing the events on several NYC Broadcasting Radio Stations opened up yet another door in promoting Concert Events.
In spring of 1997, "WKTU 103.5" announced it's revamping of the number One Disco Radio Station of its time since it first launched in 1977. The timing could not of been better in promoting a Disco Reunion Concert patronizing Westchester's popular Disco Nightclubs of the 70's booking seven well known music artist of its time at Peekskill NY
